Admission Procedure
Admission Procedure:
General Guidelines:
1.Admissions will be advertised through general advertisements, website and other advertisement channels.
2.Prospectus along with admission form can be obtained from the institute.
3.After submission of application, formal interview will be conducted for admission from eligible candidates.
4.All the applicants shall ensure the following documents enclosed with application forms to be submitted to the concerned institute.
- Attested photocopies of SSC/F.Sc( pre-medical) certificate along with detailed marks certificate of both examinations.
- Attested photocopies of Domicile certificate.
- Attested photocopy CNIC or Form-B of the applicant.
- Character certificate from educational instituition last attended by the applicant.
- Three recent passport size photographs with blue background, duly attested.
If any of the information given by the student or documents submitted is found incorrect or false at any stage, his/her admission is cancelled without any fee refunds and legal action will be taken against him/her.
Incomplete, improperly filled application forms in any respect and tampered or over written documents shall not be acceptable.
5.Each applicant can apply to all technologies, through a single application form with priorities of technologies. Options once given in the application form will be considered final and shall not be changed/added/deleted after submission.
Disciplinary Rules and Regulations:
- Students are not allowed to participate in any political activities, strikes within or out of the campus.
- Students will refrain from any behaviour which can be interpreted by others as harassment.
- Students will obtain written authorization before making public statements, communication or correspondence with the press or other media for mass communication.
- It is the responsibility of all to keep the campus premises neat and clean.
- Carrying, possessing or keeping in custody any arms, ammunition or any other lethal weapon or device dangerous to life within the premises is strictly not allowed.
- Attendance in classes and practical sessions are mandatory. Any student who does not meet the minimum attendance will not be allowed to appear in the examinations.
- If a student fails to attend any lecture during the 1st four weeks after the commencement of the semester as per announced schedule, his/her admission shall stand cancelled automatically without any notification.
All the students are required to possess a valid student ID card. They are strictly required to display their cards before entering the campus.
